The location was particularly good and absolutely perfect in a pretty nice area, just off independent shops and restaurants, and great cafes, restaurants and beech bars. Azur, set within 10 minutes' walk, was the best for dining. The room was large, and we had a beautiful view of sea. Central heating, coffee/tea makers, and a TV set were available here too.

Quirky and wonderful hotel located in a nice enough area right by independent shops and restaurants, the promenade and restaurants. Exceptionally comfortable bed, spotlessly clean room with central heating, coffee/tea makers, and a TV set.

It boasts incredible, good location not far from Warrior square, the seafront in beautiful St Leonard's and The Bank. Don't forget to visit nearby Love Cafe, they have best coffee ever.

I had a pet-friendly room in this fairly clean hotel. Thanks to the amiable staff everything was lovely, including plenty of nice food. The venue was placed in the central location on the sea front. It was also so close to the seafront in beautiful St Leonard's and vintage shops and food and parking, I loved it. I've had a perfect stay for 1 night in room 14.

Nicely decorated and well-appointed units with vintage style and a wooden ceiling, and the staff were competent. The location down a slope was perfect.

James
Really lovely building and rooms with seaview.
